高强低伸型涤纶工业丝的制备及力学性能研究Preparation and mechanical properties of high-strength low-elongation polyester industrial yarn

摘要(Abstract):
通过高倍拉伸、低温紧张热定型的工艺路线制备了高强低伸型涤纶工业丝,研究了其力学性能。结果表明:选择纺丝温度295℃,喷丝头拉伸比54.5,总拉伸倍数6.14,热定型温度180℃,卷绕速度2 700m/min,制备的高强低伸型涤纶工业丝断裂强度为8.55 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为12.7%,达到了GB/T16604—2008的超高强涤纶工业丝优等品质量要求;高强低伸型涤纶工业丝蠕变断裂时间与载荷呈现负相关关系,随着载荷的增加,蠕变断裂时间缩短;当载荷为断裂强度的30%~89%时,断裂时间和加载频率呈指数关系,当加载频率低至0.01 Hz时,断裂时间达到385.69 h。
